Athletic History:
Tim grew up predominantly playing rugby and basketball, neither of which could have suited his build any less. Thankfully after finishing school, he spent some time training with Phil Whistler, who rescued him from a very early retirement by introducing Tim to Triathlon. Quite a few years later, he’s now raced professionally since 2009, with outstanding success…….. 39 professional podium finishes, multiple Ironman 70.3 victories and an Australian Long Course title.
Tim has not had much opportunity to adapt to bush bashing, but he is a world class athlete, with a huge engine, and is expected to scorch over the course!
